Our product line is built around an American-Made LED manufacturer - Alta LED Corp, located in Southern California. Alta's high-power 100W 3" MegaChip produces 9,500 lumens of cool white light at 5000K.
The LM-80 report for their 1W chip recorded an average of 105 lm/w at specified temps. Alta LED is a new leader in highly efficient LED manufacturing in the United States.
LED manufacturers require compatible power supplies, board designs and specialty components to protect their LEDs and to ensure that a quality light fixture is engineered and assembled. Companies represented by Solid State LED have been screened by Alta LED to work as specified by the manufacturer when assembled by an experienced lighting OEM.
